Delete Your Laybell Account

Laybell — published by Laybell LLC · Last Updated: August 3, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Laybell account, what data is removed, what is kept, and for how long. You can delete your account yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Laybell and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

The same option is available under Settings → Privacy Center → Delete account.

Prefer to step away without deleting? Settings → Hide profile makes your account invisible to other users while keeping it recoverable. That is not a deletion, and your data is retained.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@laybell.app from the email address on the account, with the subject “Account deletion request”, and include your Laybell username.

We may need to confirm you control the account before deleting it — this protects you from someone else deleting your account. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

When your account is deleted, the following is deleted or de-identified within approximately 30 days:
